3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of being placed.

  • After 12 hours, cancellations cannot be processed, as your order may already be under production or preparation for shipping.

4. Product Quality & Safety

  • Every product listed on knitcasa.in is designed for the Indian market and complies with relevant safety and quality regulations.

  • We ensure that all items leave our facility in brand-new condition.

5. Customer & Seller Responsibilities

  • KnitCasa guarantees delivery of the product(s) you ordered in unused and undamaged condition.

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout to avoid delivery issues.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship orders to the exact address provided during checkout.

  • KnitCasa is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Replacements

  • Replacements are accepted only if:

    • You received the wrong color or size.

    • The product arrived damaged or defective.

    • The product you received is damaged, defective, or not as described
