KnitCasa Returns & Exchange Policy

At KnitCasa, we put great care into crafting clothing you’ll love. Every order goes through strict quality checks before it reaches you. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent Returns & Exchange process.


1. Eligibility for Returns 

  • If you do not like the product, you can opt for return within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery. 
  • You can also opt for return if the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described
  • To initiate a return, you must share clear images of the product (showing the defect/damage) within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@knitcasa.in.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

👉 Once verified, a refund to your original payment method will be initiated.

  • Please note, a reverse shipping charge of ₹70 will be levied for returning the order


2. Eligibility for Replacements (Size/Color Issues)

  • Replacements are allowed for size or color issues, provided the product is returned to us in unused condition with all tags and packaging intact

  • Customers must share clear images of the product within 48 hours of delivery by emailing to info@knitcasa.in.

  • Once verified, we’ll process your replacement order for the correct size or color. Additional pick-up charges of ₹60 applicable 


3. Items Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

  • Products returned without proper tags/labels.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or used.

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Clearance sale items or products marked as Final Sale.


4. Process & Timelines

  1. Email us at info@knitcasa.in with your order details, images, and reason for return/exchange.

  2. Our team will verify your request within 3–4 business days.

  3. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or share the return shipping instructions.

  4. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after the product passes our quality check.


5. Important Notes

  • Reverse shipping charges will be applicable in case of size/color replacements

  • Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • KnitCasa reserves the right to decline return/exchange requests if the product does not meet the eligibility conditions above.
